These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deepfake Defend website and its connected services, products, and applications provided by Constanique LLC. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Incident Response Policy or using the Free Media Scanner, you confirm you are acting on behalf of an enterprise or as an authorized individual, and that you accept all terms outlined here.

2. Services Provided

• Media Scanner: A free, experimental tool operating in a zero-trust edge compute environment to detect potential synthetic manipulation.
• Policy Generator: A premium, one-time purchase tool generating an Incident Response Policy document framework.

3. Beta Acknowledgment and Limitation of Liability

The Free Media Scanner is provided as a public beta. The underlying models may produce false positives or false negatives. Constanique LLC accepts no liability for any legal, financial, or employment decisions made based on the output of the scanner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated via the Policy Generator is licensed for internal, non-redistributed use by the purchasing organization. The codebase, models, and branding of Deepfake Defend remain the exclusive intellectual property of Constanique LLC.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
